My name is Elizabeth Barthel, I have lived local to Monticello for over 30 years. I am a dedicated business woman, wife to my wonderful husband Ryan, and a mom to 4 beautiful children (ages 14, 5, 3, 1)!

What is happening now

I am working on securing a location on Dundas Road.

I  am working on securing all the funding for this adventure.
